Include your professional and academic achievements, and if needed include your portfolio. When listing your competencies, make sure to prepare concrete examples of how you applied your talents and skills in your current or past roles.　　

Finding the right vacancy

Focus on finding the job opening that best matches your background and aspirations. But beyond that explore the many teams within mod and discover which one is aligned the most with the way you enjoy working. Read the job description carefully and see how it matches with relevant experiences in your resume.　　

Applying

Did you find a job that matches your skills and ambition? Hit the apply button and submit your resume via the mod career portal. Once you successfully submit your application, you'll receive an email confirmation. You can always log in to your candidate portal to view the status of your job application.

Screening process

After you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team will carefully review your profile. If there is a match, we'll contact you for a first introduction.

The interview process

If your resume matches the job requirements and your application is selected, you'll be invited to your first interview at mod. The interview process will vary depending on the job you’re applying for, as well as the region. The first interview is usually a virtual meeting where we discuss your educational and professional experience, as well as your motivation for applying.

Your second interview

If you are invited to continue with the interview process, you may be asked to complete a talent exploration questionnaire before your second interview. The outcome of the questionnaire is purely used as a conversation starter. During the second interview, we focus on your drivers, your ambitions and how you match with the mod culture. This interview typically takes place on-site, giving you a chance to meet in person with your interviewers and get a feel of our work environment.

Evaluate and decide

If the interviews are successful and both sides are excited, we're ready to make you a job offer. Depending on the country you are applying in, a pre-employment screening may be part of the hiring process. In case you’re not selected, we'll provide you with feedback, as soon as possible.

Getting an offer
